Kevin D. Cross, DDS
Dr. Kevin D. Cross received his Baccalaureate degree from Indiana Central University, where he graduated Cum Laude, with Distinction. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from Indiana State University School of Dentistry in 1982.
He has held teaching positions at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine but currently limits his focus to private practice. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Middlesex County Dental Society, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Society of Forensic Odontology, and the American Academy of Forensic Science.
Dr. Cross resides in Portland with his wife Laurie.
Dale Wilcox, DMD
Dr. Dale E. Wilcox received his Baccalaureate degree from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Wilcox received a commission in the United States Navy Dental Corps where he served for 26 years, retiring with the rank of Captain. He also completed a two year specialty-training program in Prosthodontics at the University of California Medical Center in Los Angeles.
In addition to practicing with Middlesex Dental Care, Dr. Wilcox has held a faculty appointment as Assistant Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where he was selected as “Clinical Instructor of the Year” in 1999.
Dr. Wilcox is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and the American College of Dentists. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Middletown County Dental Society.
Dr. Wilcox resides in Killingworth with his wife Pat.
Christopher S. Gatehouse, DMD
Dr. Chistopher S. Gatehouse received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington, CT. He received the Allen B. Reiskin Award of Excellence in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at graduation. Dr. Gatehouse completed a General Practice Residency at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT after graduating from dental school. At the conclusion of the residency, he received the William D. Resident of the Year Awards. Dr. Gatehouse is a member of the Middlesex County Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Gatehouse grew up in Middletown, CT and attended local public schools. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Vermont and a post-baccalareate certificate in Biological Sciences from Central Connecticut State University. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Gatehouse is an avid fisherman and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities in his free time. He currently resides in Clinton, Connecticut.
Jenna M. Kirk, DMD
Dr. Jenna M. Kirk is an Indiana native who earned baccalaureate degrees from the University of Notre Dame ( Magna Cum Laude) and Indiana University (with high distinction) and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Loiusville School of Dentistry (Magna Cum Laude) and was elected to Omikron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society.
Upon graduation, Dr. Kirk served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps from 2012-2016. She recently relocated to the Middletown area from San Diego.
Dr. Kirk is an ardent Fighting Irish fan and a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Middlesex County Dental Society. Dr. Kirk resides in Essex with her husband Michael.
